Personal Training at a fraction of the cost and you get to BYOB (Bring-your-own-Baby) to enjoy a 60-minute total body workout that will emotionally and physically uplift new or veteran “mommies” in a fun, yet intense class. This is for mothers who have been released from their physician to exercise and are at least six-weeks post-natal. Resistance training, intense abdominal work and cardiovascular endurance are emphasized. Be prepared to increase your endorphins, get back into your pre-pregnancy shape and noticeably enhance your well being! The safe and convenient way to ease back into aerobic activity and, a great way to connect with other new moms and do something good for yourself and your baby too! Your children are our priority at Stroller Strides, so don't worry if yours is fussy. The classes are structured so that moms can make babies happy without missing out on the workout. Nationally certified fitness professionals instruct all classes and modify exercises for pregnant, post-natal and ultra-fit moms. Stroller Strides is more than a fitness class. An important part of the Stroller Strides program includes playgroups and other social activities for you, your baby, and your family, which is a great way for you and your child to make new friends!
Whatever your fitness level, Stroller Strides will give you the work out you need. Exercises can be modified according to each individual's needs. You create the intensity and Stroller Strides creates the fun for you and your baby.
