Can I try a class before I join?
Your first class is always free! Click the link at the top of your screen to create your account and get your first free class booked!
Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?
While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-register. By registering, you ensure you get details about where to meet us and what to expect.
What do I need to bring to class
For you: water, towel or yoga mat, sunscreen, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing.
For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any type of stroller.
I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?
You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, mama!
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.
How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?
In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. Pre-enroll for classes to be emailed and messaged with last minute weather location changes or cancellations. You can also check the schedule on our website, all cancelations will be posted there.
Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?
Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk or jog to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.
At what age can my baby be in a jogger?
As a general guideline, when your baby can hold his/her head up, he/she can ride in a jogger. But, we suggest that you follow your own stroller manufacturer’s guidelines. You can use a head roll and bolster to make your baby even more secure. With shock absorbers and recline features, the age can be quite young.
Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?
Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!
What if my baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or I need to feed?
Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various entertainment to keep them engaged. Even kids that don't love the stroller do surprising well in our classes; it's new and entertaining! You'll be surprised what your kid is capable of when you give them the chance!
With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so, we are all moms and we get it! We just ask that you step away from the group so the other kids don't all think they can get out of the stroller as well.
Another thing we recommend is bringing a baby carrier and wearing your baby while you workout if they get fussy. The babies love being snuggled, warm and bouncing around and you get the added strength benefit of wearing your baby while conquering those squats!
Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?
Safety is our first priority, so we do not allow kids to be out of the stroller during class. The only exception to this rule is if your child is over 5 years, is well-behaved and has excellent listening skills and remains fully seated on their bum on a yoga mat directly next to your stroller, they can sit on the ground during class. If an instructor determines there is a safety concern or if the child cannot remain seated, they will be required to be strapped into a stroller.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. Email your official request to cancel to bocaraton@fit4mom.com. A copy of the policies can be found on the website, in your new member welcome packet and in the documents section in your account profile.
Our Membership
What does my Membership include?
Your membership includes unlimited classes at any of the FIT4MOM Boca Raton locations. We currently offer Stroller Strides and Strides 360.
Membership also includes being a member in our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, special events, monthly Moms’ Night Outs, access to our OnDemand online workout library, partnership discounts and more!
Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?
Yes, visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be subject to a $10 per class charge. All visitors must sign our waiver in order to participate.
How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email bocaraton@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. Email is the only official method of making changes to your membership. All requests need to be received in writing (email) 30 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing (official requests need to be sent via email, bocaraton@fit4mom.com) 30 days before the next payment is due.
How do I change my return date on my hold?
You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email bocaraton@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without advanced notice, your credit card on file will be charged the drop-in rate of $25/class.
What is the fee to place a membership on hold?
There is a one-time $10 fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months.
Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?
Yes you can! When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $25/class. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.
What is the enrollment fee for a membership?
There is a $50 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class you pay a $25 enrollment fee.
If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $25 reactivation fee to rejoin.
Members who transfer to us from another franchise outside will be charged a $25 enrollment fee.
How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your credit card on the FIT4MOM App:
Log into your account on the FIT4MOM app.
Click on the profile image circle on the top left of the app.
Click on "Payments"
Update the credit card information
Click “Save Card”
To update your credit card on the website:
Log into your account.
Click on "My Account" on the top right of the page.
On the lefthand side of the profile popup window is a section to update your card.
Update the credit card information
Click “Save Card”
If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.
Who do I contact with questions about my membership?
If you ever have any questions on your membership, you can email bocaraton@fit4mom.com or call us at 425-923-6613.
Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?
No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
