I grew up and lived most of my life in Seattle, Washington until my husband’s job moved us to Boca Raton in June of 2017. Fitness has always been a central part of my life; from college and semi-professional soccer to training for half and full marathons, I have always had a passion for fitness. Before my daughter, I was a civilian structural engineer for the US Navy and a college soccer coach. After my daughter, Gabi, was born in October of 2017, I knew I needed a supportive community and something more than a gym membership. That’s when I found FIT4MOM and fell in love! It’s the perfect workout class that I get to do WITH my daughters! Stroller Strides is more than a workout class; it’s a community of moms going through a similar stage of life, all coming together to support one another and inspiring their kids to love moving and fitness. I feel so fortunate to be a part of this amazing community and I hope to inspire other moms, their little ones and my own 3 daughters to have the same passion for fitness that has driven me most of my life.
