I grew up in Towson, Maryland and moved to Boca Raton in November of 2016. My daughter, Thea, and I participated in stroller strides in Towson. When I found out FIT4MOM had a franchise in Boca I was ecstatic! I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and was a Director of Fitness and Certified Personal Trainer before having Thea in June 2016. I have a huge passion for fitness and love to spread that to other mommas and our children. There is nothing better than having a village of mommas and kids to come together with each day! I LOVE everything about FIT4MOM!!
