Hi I’m Karen and I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY. I’m a first time mom to Liam who was born in August 2020. I loved going to workout classes pre-baby like spin, body pump and yoga. I always gained motivation from working out in a group setting.

My journey with FIT4MOM started in Philadelphia when Liam was a newborn and I am grateful it has continued here in Boca after we moved in December 2020. I was so excited that FIT4MOM was here and I joined immediately. I'm so thankful we have the opportunity to work out together.

It's so fun getting to know other mommas and becoming friends. FIT4MOM sets a wonderful example for our children growing up in a healthy and fun environment. It allows mom to do something positive for herself and become stronger. I’m excited to be a part of this CoMOMmunity.
