Hi, new mom and instructor here! My spunky little girl Sophie was born September 2018. My blended family includes two other kiddos Liam 13 and Clara 10. I grew up in Seattle, Washington before moving to South Florida as a teen. I also lived in New York City for many years before coming back to SFL where I met my husband.

In high school I had a substitute gym teacher that did not look like your typical gym teacher. She was beautiful, fit and full of energy. Turns out she was an aerobic instructor. Ever since I have always had an interest in fitness and I've tried all different types of exercise methods and fitness classes. It's amazing to me how much it can improve your mood as well as your health.

FIT4MOM is the perfect next chapter. I have always believed "It takes a village to raise a child" this community adds friendship and support to our life. I'm excited to be an instructor and contribute in a new way.
